General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "General Conditions") are valid exclusively between Milandri Mattia, owner of the LivingWoodFB brand, with registered office in Via Pirolini 33/a, Ravenna, 48121, VAT number 02730910391, Company Register: MLNMTT94E02E730C (hereinafter referred to as "LivingWoodFB") and any person (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") who makes online purchases on the website www.livingwoodfb.com (hereinafter referred to as "Site").

These General Conditions govern the purchase of products made on the Site (hereinafter the "Products"), in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, and subsequent amendments, as well as Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 on electronic commerce.

Article 1: Conclusion of the Contract

The information contained in the Site does not constitute an offer to the public, but rather an invitation to formulate a contractual proposal. No contract will exist until the order has been accepted by LivingWoodFB.

To place an order, the Customer must follow the online purchase procedure. He/she will then receive an order confirmation email, which will contain the purchase details.

LivingWoodFB reserves the right not to accept an order in the event of:

• Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Customer;
• Product unavailability;
• Obvious errors in the prices or descriptions of products published on the Site.

In such cases, LivingWoodFB will promptly inform the Customer and refund any amounts already paid.

Article 2: Prices

The prices of the Products indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Shipping is free worldwide.

LivingWoodFB reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be sold at the prices indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Article 3: Payment Methods

The accepted payment methods are:

• PayPal
• Google Pay
• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express
• Master
• Apple Pay

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering.

Article 4: Shipping

All Products are hand-crafted in Italy after purchase. Shipping occurs once a week and may take longer.

LivingWoodFB ships with Posta1. The package is not traceable during the entire journey, but it is possible to verify the collection and delivery to the Customer. In case of loss of the package, LivingWoodFB will provide, in agreement with the Customer, a refund of the order or replacement with the same product.

Article 5: Returns and Refunds

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate his decision by email to livingwoodfb@gmail.com .

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, after checking the integrity of the product itself. The return costs are borne by the Customer.

In case of defective or incorrect product compared to the order, LivingWoodFB will cover the return costs and will replace the product or refund, as agreed with the Customer.

Article 6: Warranty

The Products are guaranteed for defects of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper use or tampering with the product.

Article 7: Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information is available in the Privacy Policy on the Site.

Article 8: Applicable Law and Competent Court

Purchase contracts are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of the Customer's residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
